Three weeks ago, to celebrate Owlfish turning two, we threw her a Monsters, Inc. themed party as it was currently her favorite movie. Last year it was a Rio themed party, which was a success. And this year was no different. Owlfish really is surrounded by so much love and people who deeply care about her. Unfortunately, Daniel wasn't able to be there this year due to work, but he had birthday lunch with her the next day! But here are a few pictures from that fun day. These aren't edited in anyway mostly because I haven't had time to! We had her birthday in the same park as last year just because it was easier, but she had fun nonetheless.
Abigail Jolene, Age Two
I wasn't lying when I said she could have fruit snacks for her birthday breakfast.
My brother and his girlfriend's dog, Aramis, is a hoot. He and Owlfish are bffs.
Abbie and her uncle. She only gets to see him a few times out of the year because he is in college and is military. So the few moments they get are special.
Once again, my longtime friend Jessica worked her talented magic and created these whimsical monster cupcakes for the party. She made the Rio themed cake last year and my baby shower cake back in 2011.
Owlfish and her Uncle Darren, another longtime and dear friend of mine.
Funny story. My grandparents, Abbie's Nana and Noni, sent her a baby doll carriage and her firs baby doll for her birthday. Abbie took one look at the doll swaddled in the pram, pulled her out, put her aside, and climbed in. This was her seat for most of the party.

Lily is one of Abbie only playmates right now and she came in full makeup and costume for Abbie's special day!
My little monster. So much love, way more than you know! <3
